There is none.
Not while in open BETA.

GMhub is free for everyone while we're in open beta — every feature, the Foundry bridge included, with no card and no trial clock. Players never pay, ever.

  • Beta seats are limited. Each GM hosts up to 3 campaigns, with up to 12 players per campaign, while open beta runs.
  • Seats run out. If the signup page still loads, there are seats left — we take it down once we hit testing capacity.
  • Your data carries over. Everything from beta transfers to the full v1 release. No data loss for GMs who stick around.
  • Beta GMs get a say. We'll reach out for product feedback — requested, never mandatory.
  • Founders keep a rate. Paid GM plans arrive at v1; anyone who joined during beta keeps a founding-supporter rate for their first year.

What you get

Everything, free in beta.

One plan today: all of it, for nothing. When paid tiers land at v1, this becomes the tier table — beta GMs keep their founding rate.

So it's really free?

Yes — every feature, free for everyone while we're in open beta, the Foundry bridge included. No card, no trial clock. Paid GM plans arrive at v1; you'll hear it from us first.

What are the beta limits?

Each GM hosts up to 3 campaigns, with up to 12 players per campaign. Those caps are there to keep the beta stable while we test — they relax as we grow.

Do my players pay?

Never. A free player tier sits inside every GM seat — players join via a campaign invite link, see only what you've revealed, and don't pay separately. That doesn't change when paid GM plans land.

What happens to my campaign after beta?

It carries over. Everything you build during beta transfers to the full v1 release — no data loss, no re-import. We don't wipe campaigns between releases.

And if I cancel once plans start?

The campaign drops to read-only — your prep, codex, recaps, and notes stay intact, and players keep read-only access to whatever was revealed. We do not delete data; you can re-up and resume any time.
